Chicken And Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken breasts (2 or 3), cut up in small pieces
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine or water
1 large can of mushrooms, drained
1 large can artichokes, drained
1 large onion
cornstarch to thicken
margarine and corn oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Break and fry chicken; put aside.
In same oil, cook onion until golden; add mushrooms and then add artichoke hearts, (cut in half and then in fourths or thirds).
Cook a short time about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add chicken broth and 1/2 can water or wine.
Simmer; add cornstarch.
Last add chicken; cook a little longer.
Enjoy.
