Tiny Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    dash of salt (1/8 tsp.)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine in boiling water.
    Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition until mixture is smooth.
    Drop by 1/2 teaspoon about 1 1/2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in very hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes. Remove with spatula and cool on rack.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
