Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli and/or cauliflower
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
Preparation
    Blend milk, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Stir in rest of the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
