Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 c. processed cheese, cubed
2 chicken bouillon cubes
scant 1/2 c. flour
1 c. half and half
croutons for garnish (optional)
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook broccoli and bouillon in water.
Do not drain.
In blender, put milk, cheese cubes and flour.
Cover and process at grind.
Add mixture to broccoli.
Add half and half.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until hot and mixture thickens.
