Cornish Hens In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thawed Cornish hens
1 small box long grain wild rice
1 small box quick rice
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
whipped margarine to coat hens
1 1/4 Tbsp. minced onion
5 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation

Cook rice as directed on box and drain.
Combine rice and the following:
onion, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt and parsley.
Then add butter, eggs, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and stuff hens with rice mixture.
Place extra rice on bottom of large, deep baking pan.
Arrange hens on top of rice and coat hens generously with whipped margarine.
Sprinkle lightly with additional salt, minced garlic, minced onion and parsley flakes. Bake 1 hour in 375\u00b0 oven.
Keep hens moist by basting with prepared Orange Sauce.
