Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. crab meat or imitation
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. milk
paprika
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of garlic salt
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Remove cartilage from crab meat and chop.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt until smooth.
Add enough milk to make mixture creamy.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of the grated cheese.
Fold crab meat into cheese mixture.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 uncovered until mixture is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with paprika.
Best served with Ritz crackers!
