Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients.
    Cut the ribs into individual pieces.
    Marinate for at least 24 hours.
    Place ribs in 2 roasting pans at least 13 x 9-inch large.
    Add 1/2 of the marinade to each pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain off all liquid and fat.
    Bake, covered, for an additional 1/2 hour. Serve with dark sauce.
