Egg And Shrimp Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices bread
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    8 oz. shelled shrimp
    4 tsp. tartar sauce (mayonnaise, minced onions and minced sweet pickles)
Preparation
    Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water and a pinch of salt.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and lightly brown the bread on one side.
    Place on a serving dish with browned side up.
    Keep warm. In the same pan, melt remaining butter and cook eggs, stirring gently until set.
    Spread the fried bread with the mustard, then spoon the egg mixture on top.
    Top with shrimp and serve garnished with tartar sauce.
