Potica Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Melt and cool oleo and milk.
Mix yeast in water.
Sift flour, salt and sugar.
Stir egg yolks into milk mixture.
Add this mix to sifted flour mix.
Add the yeast mixture.
Beat well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
This dough will be very sticky.
