Herb Marinated Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) tenderloin
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients.
    Marinate the tenderloin for at least 24 hours, turning occasionally.
    Bake in marinade at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes for rare.
    For medium well, bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes and reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
