Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. raisins, soak 30 minutes in hot water
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 tart green apple, peeled and grated (Mrs. Smith)
    1/2 c. nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
    1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use greased or paper muffin cups.
