Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 (4 1/2 oz. size) pkg. lemon instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    4 to 6 oz. Cool Whip (more)
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and pecans together.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes; cool.
    Mix the sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese together; beat until fluffy.
    Spread on the cooled crust.
    Blend lemon pudding and milk; pour over cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve, then spread with more Cool Whip.
    May sprinkle a little coconut on top, if you wish.
