Lo-Cal Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. red or white potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. red onion, minced
1/2 c. minced fresh dill
Preparation

Cook potatoes; cool.
Mix together other ingredients and add to potatoes and stir.
