1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (according to taste)
1/4 tsp. fresh dill or basil
Preparation

Combine ingredients and heat gently.
Overheating causes curdling.
This sauce can be used over pasta, vegetables, meats or seafood.
