Eggs, Ham And Cheese Casserole(Serves 15) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices white bread (crusts removed)
2 c. finely chopped ham
1 1/2 c. finely grated cheese
15 beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place in bottom of buttered 9 x 15-inch pan the bread, then put the ham on top of the bread and then put the cheese on top of the ham.
Mix together the eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over top of bread, ham and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Just before baking, drizzle 1/3 cup melted margarine over the top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
