Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces for frying
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a clean, plastic bag.
    Dip chicken in milk.
    Drop each piece in the plastic bag and shake to coat thoroughly.
    Fry in hot fat, 1 inch deep, until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes.
