Mexican Fiesta Quiche(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, divided
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 c. yellow corn meal
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
    1 (14 oz.) can diced green chilies, undrained
    1/2 c. green onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat together one of the eggs, water and garlic powder.
    Stir in the corn meal until the mixture is crumbly. To form the crust, press the corn meal mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
