Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Save 1 1/2 cup broth.
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Blend in flour.
    Cook on low heat until bubbly, stirring frequently.
    Add broth and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add chicken, peas and carrots, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Heat all and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with one pie shell on the bottom.
    Top with other pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
