Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 small can Carnation milk
1 small or medium onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
whole milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except milk, stir in enough milk to get medium stiff batter.
Cook in pan after you fry fish.
Cook on medium-high heat.
