Rhubarb Apple Crisp With Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. old fashioned oats
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter, cut into 12 pieces
    1 lb. rhubarb (approximately 2 large stalks), peeled and thinly sliced
    4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly butter a 10-inch pie plate. In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar and salt.
    Add the pieces of butter and, using your fingertips, pinch the butter into the flour mixture until pea-size pieces form.
    Set aside.
