Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box Raisin Bran
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.
    In another bowl mix eggs, milk and shortening.
    Mix well, then combine ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins as usual.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
