Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. sliced potatoes
Preparation

Place butter in measuring cup, place over heat and melt. Blend in the flour and seasoning.
Add milk and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Layer 1/2 of potatoes, onion and sauce in greased pan. Repeat layers, cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
