Almond Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and patted dry
 
1 c. finely ground almonds
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
- 
                            Combine almonds, Parmesan cheese and spices in a bowl; set aside.
 
Dip chicken in butter, coat evenly, then roll in nuts, cover completely.
