Chicken Montezuma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    1 doz. soft flour tortillas, cut into fourths
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken stock
    jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 large onion
    1 lb. grated cheese (1/2 lb. Velveeta, 1/2 lb. Cheddar)
    1 carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water with additional chili powder, garlic powder and onion.
    Combine chicken and the rest of the ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
    Butter a large baking dish.
    Put one layer of tortillas, one layer of mixture and one layer of cheese. Alternate layers, ending with cheese.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    A Tex/Mex dish!
    Serves 8 to 10.
