Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges
    2 small green sweet peppers, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 c. snow pea pods
Preparation
    In large skillet or wok, stir-fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter for 1 minute.
    Add onion and peppers and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Transfer the vegetables with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
    Add the remaining butter to skillet or wok.
    To prevent overcrowding, stir-fry half the steak at a time, until the meat is cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Return all the steak and the vegetables to the skillet or wok.
