Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
2 to 3 slices Texas toast, broken
2 c. milk
6 eggs
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain. Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle sausage evenly over bread. Mix all other ingredients and pour over sausage and bread. Put in fridge overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
