Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3 lemons
1 (8 oz.) box whipped topping
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 (12 oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat with mixer the sugar and Pet milk until sugar melts.
Add egg yolks; beat.
Add lemon juice.
Heat until thick.
Put in a 9 x 8 1/2-inch square bowl and layer one layer of graham crackers, one layer of pie filling and one layer of whipped topping; repeat layers again and chill before serving.
