Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. dried bell pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 Tbsp. drippings
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; put aside and leave 6 tablespoons of drippings in skillet.
    Add water to soup; mix well.
    Add onion, bell pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Boil for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Pour over raw rice in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan; stir well.
    Lay pork chops on top; seal with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove pork chops and stir rice mixture.
    Replace pork chops; cover back with foil and cook 1 hour, or until done.
