Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 boiled potatoes
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large casserole dish, dice or slice the potatoes; set aside.
    Heat the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, onion and salt.
    Pour over potatoes, then sprinkle parsley, pepper and bacon.
    In a preheated oven (350\u00b0), heat potato mixture only until hot; toss and serve.
