Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook vegetables until tender.
Mix all other ingredients and add to vegetables.
Mix 1/2 cup of margarine with 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers for topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
