Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce or 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle chicken parts with salt and pepper and refrigerate until time to cook. Arrange chicken skin side down in shallow baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Turn to baste with barbecue sauce. Bake 15 to 35 minutes more, basting every 10 to 15 minutes. To test doneness, insert fork in thickest part of chicken; juices should be clear.
