Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans Van Camp's Spanish rice
6 slices cheese
Preparation

Cut tops off green peppers.
Remove seeds; rinse peppers. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place peppers in baking dish. Mix together Spanish rice and ground beef.
Stuff into peppers. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until peppers are tender and are hot through.
Top with cheese slices; cook until melted.
Enjoy.
