Chicken Quick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (4 to 5 lb.)
1 (2 lb.) bag carrots
5 to 6 cooking onions
10 to 12 cooking potatoes
2 cloves garlic
tarragon to taste
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Wash chicken and salt top.
Place in large casserole pan.
Cut up carrots in long sections.
Cut up potatoes in medium size pieces.
Cut up onions and garlic.
Add all vegetables in casserole pan with chicken.
Add water and honey over vegetables.
Sprinkle in tarragon.
Place in oven.
Bake approximately 90 minutes, covered with foil for 45 minutes, then uncovered for remainder of time.
