Chile Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. seeded and diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
    1 can chopped green chiles or quantity to taste
Preparation
    Place cheese in a double boiler and remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is completely melted and onion is soft.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
