Easy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 qt. sliced raw potatoes

Preparation

Mix together, put in a small roaster pan (covered).
Bake at 350\u00b0 about one hour.
Stir every once in a while.
