Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 head cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix meat, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and rice.
    Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves; place in pot.
    Cover with tomatoes and water.
    Bring to boil, turn down heat and cover.
    Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
