Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. hot oil
    3 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Combine with celery, onions, green pepper, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and eggs.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Add oil and bacon.
    Toss again.
    Spoon into shallow 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Broil, with surface of food 3 inches below moderate heat until cheese is melted and golden brown.
