Basic Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 medium onions, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. boiled or steamed rice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Stir fry the onions for about 1 1/2 minutes in the oil, then add the eggs. Once the eggs have set, add the rice and salt to taste. Stir until evenly mixed.
