Rich Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
5 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk.
Stir in sugar, salt and shortening.
Cool to lukewarm.
Sprinkle yeast into warm water.
Add to milk mixture. Add eggs and flour.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
Shape into buns.
Let rise until double.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
