Dilly Steak-A-Bobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef round steak or venison, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
1 (8 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dill weed
1 large bell pepper, cut in chunks
cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Drain
pineapple,
reserving syrup.
Combine with lemon juice, oil,
Worcestershire, sugar, salt and dill weed.
Cook slowly about
5 minutes.
Cool and pour over steak.
Marinate overnight. Spear
with
skewer
and grill for 5 to 8 minutes. Use marinade to baste kabobs.
