Beef Rice Or Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. hamburg
    3/4 c. each: chopped onion and celery
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water (tomato soup can)
Preparation
    Brown the hamburg.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Season to taste.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
