Orzo Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Ronzoni orzo
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Cook orzo according to package directions.
    Drain fruit; reserve 1 3/4 cups juice.
    Cook the reserved fruit juice, eggs, sugar and salt to boiling.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix with fruit and orzo.
    Let refrigerate overnight.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Makes large salad.
