Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    3 Tbsp. onion, cut up
Preparation
    Cut carrots and cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and onion.
    Top with crumbled crackers mixed with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
