Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. each: milk and butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, dissolved yeast and salt.
    Heat milk and butter until warm (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0). Gradually add to dry ingredients.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    With spoon, stir in enough remaining flour to make a very stiff batter.
    Grease top of dough.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate batter for 2 hours or up to 2 days.
