White Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. white syrup
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and syrup until spins a thread from a spoon and thread blows out.
    Don't undercook!
    Remove from heat.
    Pour slowly into stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Continue to beat until it becomes stiff.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into pieces.
