Cod Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salted dry cod fish
    black pepper
    scallion
    water
    red pepper
    onion
    thyme
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Soak codfish
    overnight.
    Chip codfish into a bowl.
    Add onion, dash of pepper, lots of thyme and one stalk of scallion. Add flour and
    water, enough to obtain a cake batter consistency. Let everything
    sit
    a few minutes.
    Heat frying pan.
    Add enough oil to
    cover
    entire
    pan.
    Add droplets of batter into pan.
    Put as much in pan as pan can hold.
    Flip once and serve.
