Microwave Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large carrots, cut thin
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes.
