Beef Burgundy(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed, or top of round, floured
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine or any wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 small can mushroom caps and liquid or 1/2 lb. fresh
Preparation
    Dredge meat with flour in paper bag; saute meat, onion and garlic until brown.
    Add mushrooms, liquid and water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer about 2 hours, stirring frequently, until meat is tender.
    Add more water or wine if necessary.
    Serve with macaroni casserole.
