Minted Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 lb. (16) marshmallows
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup and water in small saucepan.
Place on medium heat and stir until all is dissolved.
Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat and add peppermint extract; with toothpick, dip each marshmallow in hot syrup and then roll in coconut.
