Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin.
    Mix flour and spices together then add to pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into greased and lined (with wax paper) 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then roll cake in towel while you mix the filling.
